Vishal has a career spanning almost twenty years in the Hospitality & Alcobev sector and has worked with, conceptualised, spearheaded and managed many award-winning Hotels, Restaurants & Alcobev brands in South India. He cofounded Synergie Hospitality Consulting and some of the brands include Fiat Caffe, Burma Burma Bangalore, Brick Lane Grill, The Bungalow, Centre for Sports Excellence by Rahul Dravid and Prakash Padukone, and more.

As a goodwill brand ambassador, he conducts trainings, plans events, and holds master classes for top international Alcobev brands like Aperol, Jagermeister & Glen Grant Single Malts. His dream project in Bangalore, Trippy Goat Cafe & Wine Bar is one of Bangalore’s first retail taste & buys wine centres & wine bars along with a cafe & pizzeria.

Earlier, as the Business Head of KRSMA Estates, the Premium Boutique Winery, Vishal took on the task of putting award-winning Indian Wines on the national & global map.

He is a WSET, London, Level 3 distinction certificate holder, and a batch topper from Christ College & the Park Management Trainee Program. Vishal also writes articles on F&B for the Bangalore Mirror.
