Rohan brings over 24 years of experience in the Bar and hospitality industry ranging from time spent behind the bar to years of training beverage professionals and countless hours of developing drinks for leading liquor brands and drinking establishments. He has organized & judged several bartending competitions and is also on the jury panel of renowned Bar Awards, both National & International.  

As President of the Indian Flair Bartenders Association (IFBA), he is actively involved in promoting Flair bartending in India. Rohan was invited to speak at TedX Lavelle Road, where he shared his inspiring story on the topic “Challenging the odds.”
