Pratekk, who is the COO of BrewDog India, is also known as the “pioneer of craft beer” in India for having set up India’s first craft cum micro-brewery. For this, he worked closely with the Government for the creation of India’s first “micro-brewery policy” after which the craft beer industry grow exponentially across the country. He later moved on and founded ‘Ministry of Beer’, before moving on to BrewDog India.

An Engineer and MBA from IIM Calcutta, Pratekk was working with P&G Singapore before he returned to India. He is a doctorate holder in Government Policy with an emphasis on Beer & Alcohol – probably the only such degree holder in the country – and brings immense experience in his stead.
