With over three decades of entrepreneurial and leadership experience, Dr. Chef Rajesh Nair has built a strong career across hospitality, consultancy, and project execution. He began his professional journey in the hotel industry, where he quickly learned the ropes and developed a passion for innovation. His drive for entrepreneurship led him to establish ventures in advertising, restaurants, and later, large-scale consultancy.

He is a founder and Managing Director of Finishing Touch International, where since 2006, he has specialized in end-to-end solutions for various businesses across the industry. Building on his passion for hospitality and education, He also co-founded the Bangalore Culinary Academy (BCA) in 2016, which has been recognized with multiple awards over the years and has had over 2000 students graduate as of date.

Academically, he holds a Bachelor’s in Hotel Management from Bangalore University, as well as holds an Honorary Doctorate in Culinary Arts and Hospitality, recognizing his contributions to the industry.
