Alex has been with WSET since 2016 and is qualified to teach the WSET Level 1, 3 and 3 Awards in Wines. He currently oversees the commercial aspects of business development in the EMEA region as a whole and also looks directly after WSET's Indian and African markets. Alex's current key projects include the development and release of WSET Beer’s courses,  increasing  accessibility to WSET courses throughout the whole of Africa and supporting programme providers to expand their WSET course and language offering. Before joining the WSET head worked several years in retail, education and translation.. He speaks Spanish and lives in London with his wife and two young kids.
