ASLAM GAFOOR is hospitality professional currently with Dineout and earlier worked with The Oberoi Hotels, Wipro, RCI and Weber BBQ India. A few of Aslam's passions are travel, food and wine, and he regularly contributes columns on these subjects in newspapers and magazines. He has enjoyed being a speaker at many seminars and participated as a jury member in F&B competitions. He is on the Board of the International Gastronomic Association - Chaîne des Rôtisseurs India and has earlier served as President and Treasurer of the prestigious Bangalore Wine Club.
