Nayan is the CEO of Anthill Spirits, part of Anthill Ventures, an early-stage Venture Capital based out of Hyderabad.  He is also part of the Core Executive Leadership Team at Bira 91 since its founding days and has over 12 years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Zero to One, and Brand Building primarily in Alcobev and Consumer Brands and F&B at Bira 91, Reckitt and Asian Paints.

He is instrumental in Bira 91’s growth across sales, marketing, strategy, tech, innovation & partnerships globally. He launched Bira 91 Restaurants & Microbrewery vertical - Bira 91 Taprooms, which won the Best Microbrewery or Taproom 2021 by the 30 Best Bars.

He is passionate about Data and Analytics, crossing over to Business Planning and Execution. He led business development, data & analytics, tech enablement, strategy, and several growth initiatives across the Org. He is a Computer Science Engineer and an MBA from IIM A.
